By conducting a DevOps Assessment, Lark and Client can equally and quickly gain an understanding of the current DevOps processes, toolsets, bottlenecks, and future goals of the organization. During this engagement Lark will review the following:
Discovery
–Inventory of available Infrastructure Assets
–Code Repository Assessment
–Delineation of Team Roles and Responsibilities
Review
–Review CI/CD Setup and Process
–Review GitLab Installation and Configs
–Review GitLab Integrations and Potential Future Integrations
–Review Edge Cases, Risks, or Outlying Technology Factors
Recommendations
–Identify and document technology objectives
–Provide recommendations on toolset
–Create Future State Envisioning Document to include simple reference architecture
